COUNTY PREMIER LEAGUE
Welcome to Leicestershire’s County Premier League, the only league which is run solely by the committee of the Leicestershire County Netball Association.

Set up originally for our regional and national teams to play in quality netball matches and for our up and coming umpires to practise for their next award with on court mentoring throughout the season, unfortunately this year we have had only five teams enter, but we carry on regardless.

Last years’ winners TFC are not contesting this year, so at the end we will have a different team to collect the trophy and £100 prize money.

This year all the teams will play each other three times, which will give scope to altering tactics during the season.

Points are awarded as follows:
  • 4 points for a win
  • 2 points for a draw
  • 1 point for scoring more than 50% of the winning teams score
  • 1 point per quarter win
  • ½ point per quarter draw
